Norbert Klinnert

Managing Partner, Head of Sales and Finances

Having taken charge of the marketing & sales unit in 2000, he now coordinates the company's pre-sales, direct-sales and after-sales divisions. Between 1996 and 1999, he was responsible for IT-project conception and providing consultancy services to major customers such as Koenig & Bauer AG and Daimler AG. Norbert Klinnert studied social management at the Fachhochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt, University of Applied Sciences.

Michael Stegmann

Managing Partner, Head of Consultancy, Conception and Development

Michael Stegmann is responsible for further developing the Noxum Publishing Studio, taking into account the needs of the market. Thanks to his practical focus and his use of the latest technologies, he is constantly reaching new milestones in the area of cross-media publishing. Michael Stegmann studied at Universities of Applied Sciences business management at the Fachhochschule Bremen and IT at the Fachhochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt.

Volker Römisch

Managing Partner, internal and external consulting

Volker Römisch has been in charge of the product development and programming department since 1996. His extraordinarily analytical way of thinking and his sense of perspective have played a significant part in the company's success. Volker Römisch studied IT at the Fachhochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt, University of Applied Sciences.
