tekom Annual Conference 2026 – Noxum discusses the role of AI in editorial systems
On November 11, 2026, Norbert Klinnert will share Noxum’s perspective at the industry roundtable of content management system providers
At the tekom Annual Conference 2026 in Stuttgart, executives from several editorial system vendors will openly discuss what role artificial intelligence plays for their systems and for everyday editorial work. Norbert Klinnert will represent Noxum in this panel discussion on November 11, 2026, and, together with the other participants, will assess how much autonomy AI should be given in the editorial process and which tasks remain the responsibility of the technical writing team.
Würzburg, October 16, 2026 – Noxum GmbH, a specialist in content management and editorial systems, is taking part in a panel discussion at the tekom Annual Conference 2026 in Stuttgart.
The use of artificial intelligence in technical documentation is increasing, for example in supporting text creation, quality assurance or translation. How far this influence will extend in the future is assessed differently across the industry.
Panel discussion: Is AI devouring editorial systems? Or is it what makes them great in the first place?
On November 11, 2026, Norbert Klinnert, member of the executive management at Noxum, will take part in the discussion from 5:45 to 6:30 pm in room C6.1, together with other executives from editorial system vendors. Instead of product presentations, the focus is on an open conversation: which functions an editorial system could offer in 2035, how much autonomy AI should be given in the editorial process, and which tasks of the technical writing team can be mapped in software.

What the audience takes away from the discussion
Attendees get direct insight into how several editorial system vendors assess the further development of their products. It becomes particularly revealing where the assessments differ, because this is where different strategic bets on the future of the industry become visible.
Noxum expertise in artificial intelligence
Noxum uses AI-supported functions in its own editorial system, for example for text creation, keyword extraction and translation checks. In addition, Noxum has well-founded practical experience in integrating AI agents into editorial processes and in the interaction of the editorial system with large language models such as OpenAI, Gemini and Grok.
