How can product information be made available efficiently, consistently, and internationally? PFENNIG Reinigungstechnik laid the foundation with the introduction of the NovaDB PIM system—a central database that has enabled, among other things, the website relaunch, automated data sheets, and multilingualism.
Building on this, catalog production was automated and workflows were significantly accelerated. Today, the PIM system forms the basis for consistent data and opens up new potential in omnichannel publishing.
