Noxum invited clients to an event above the roofs of Würzburg

Get-together in the Old University Press Würzburg

Noxum clients met for strategic discussions followed by culinary delights, art and music on the Noxum roof terrace.

Würzburg, August 27, 2010 – Noxum GmbH, specialist for Content Management and Editorial Systems, invited their clients to a get-together in the Old University Press in Würzburg in July. In individual project workshops and follow-up specialist lectures on Product Information Management (PIM) and Cloud Computing, the guests found opportunity for strategic consideration: How can product communication with valid data become reality using publishing oriented PIM- and Editorial Systems? What could tomorrows operator models look like?

PIM rethought!

Noxum integrates not only Content Management in their Noxum Publishing Studio but also a PIM-component. For the first time, clients could examine the results of the relaunch of the PIM solution. In particular, editorial work with parameterisable texts and the potency by passing on product parameters with product updating, were impressing at the premiere of this new solution from Noxum.

Cloud Computing – Hype or Reality?

With a lecture and discussion about Cloud Computing, Noxum opened further perspectives for the question of the future: How is the IT landscape changing by Cloud Computing? Where will the data and systems be hosted and administered tomorrow? In addition to the basics, recommendations for action were presented as well as chances and risks of Cloud Computing discussed.

Get-together – Software, Art and Delight

In the evening, the host companies of the Old University Press in Würzburg invited the customers to culinary and musical delights. In the completely renovated and rebuilt industrial brick building small exhibitions and tastings were offered on the different levels. So, the stonemason and sculptor Harald Scherer could show the new exhibits of his work at Noxum. With his sculptures and objects he regularly remodels the offices and rooms of Noxum in a creative style.
