The presentation will show how AUDI AG uses an innovative content delivery portal to make technical documentation efficiently accessible worldwide. The focus is on intelligent content search and an AI-driven chatbot that provides context-related answers and facilitates problem solving. Insights from system implementation, log data analysis and user feedback will be presented. From these insights, the advantages and limitations of an AI-supported search compared to a database-based search are derived. A live demonstration of the chatbot offers practical insights and shows the future development of the platform.
