A Web CMS of Noxum for the UK Porsche dealer network
Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd in partnership with the dealer network, decided for a technical relaunch of their web presentation.
The website of the Porsche AG at www.porsche.com operates with the content management system of Noxum GmbH since 2005. Now the websites of the British and Irish dealers are added to it, among others, www.porschereading.co.uk based on Noxum WebAccess. The British market, Porsche Cars Great Britain Ltd, thereby offers its dealers standardized web pages centrally editable in a multisite-web CMS.

Requirements for the Web CMS
The country-wide management of the dealer websites of the British market should take place in an intuitive web CMS with controlled roles and rights. For this there were the following requirements for content editing:
- Introduction of a decentralized editing facility for dealers in conjunction with an agency partner: fully-automatic workflow support
- Ease of page handling
- Module-oriented content management
- Connection to diverse external applications like external preowned auto databases, CRM or services for data traffic analysis
- High requirements in the realm of multimedia – for example image galleries, YouTube or local videos [...]
