Business Process Service from Noxum GmbH allows all kinds of processes, such as efficiently administering the import of bulk data from merchandise management systems or data exchange with external business partners. Queued tasks are carried out one after the other.
(New) processes can be initiated or added by email (even with attachments), per ftp file upload (e.g. CSV, XML or other customer-specific formats), or via SOAP. The control information needed for this is stored in a relational database.
Emails automatically generated by Business Process Service provide information from one or multiple recipients regarding the current process status.
The processes can be monitored at any time using the browser-based monitor system, which enables access to detailed running or planned process statistics. By tracing the history of all implemented processes, the traceability of all tasks carried out is ensured for years to come.
Extensive filter and search functions guarantee that the desired information can be retrieved quickly. Various customer-specific adaptable mechanisms such as password protection, IP protection, SSL encryption and/or certificates ensure only authorized users have access to the monitoring system.
